Job Summary
Investigate, assess damages, and settle claims for bodily injury (Section A) and accident benefits (Section B) in motor vehicle cases. Provide timely customer service, participate in judicial mediation as a representative, and initiate recoveries when required. Contribute to the continuous improvement of team claims handling processes. Work remotely under the supervision of the Director of Technical Services and Major Losses. Requires three years of experience in automobile bodily injury claims and a Level 2 or 3 adjuster license from New Brunswick.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in handling automobile bodily injury claims (Section A)
- Level 2 or 3 adjusters license issued by the province of New Brunswick
- Negotiation skills
- Good communicator
- Comfortable with Microsoft office suite
- Advanced command of the English and French language, both oral and written
