Claims Adjuster - Recovery

Job Summary
Lead claims recovery initiatives for auto/transportation and subrogation within a distributed team. Responsibilities include reviewing coverage and damage analysis, input on liability decisions and recovery opportunities, collaborating with Claims leadership, advising on settlement negotiations and recovery litigation management, using data to identify claim trends, and handling special projects as an individual contributor. Requires strong written/oral communication, bias-to-action, ownership mentality, and ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous startup environments. Hybrid work with Atlanta office; offices also in New York and Atlanta; active adjuster license and college degree (or equivalent experience) are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in auto and/or transportation claim adjudication
- At least 3 years of exclusive insurance recovery and subrogation experience
- Active adjusters license in home or designated home state
- College degree or minimum of 8-years of claims experience with emphasis in auto claims and/or claims recovery
