Claims Adjuster

Job Summary
Manage cargo, property, and auto damage claims from intake through resolution across 48 states, reviewing documentation and evidence to determine liability and damages. Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties while pursuing subrogation opportunities, ensuring all actions comply with federal, state, and industry regulations including DOT and FMCSA standards. Maintain accurate claim files and collaborate with Safety, Risk Management, Dispatch, and Operations to support investigations and reduce exposure. Requires an active Claims Adjuster's license, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in claims management software. Based in the Tulsa office.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an active Claims Adjusters license
- Must be willing to complete continuing education and training
- High school diploma
