Job Summary
Claims Adjuster Level II, Property Claims role focused on senior desk-based handling of medium to large property losses, complex water and structural damage, collaboration with independent adjusters and engineers, reserving and settlement decisions, contents evaluation, and coordination with vendors. Emphasizes technical leadership, customer service, and CAT participation; requires post-secondary education preferred and CIP strongly preferred; 2–4 years property claims experience; proficiency with Guidewire and Xactimate advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred
- CIP designation or working toward CIP strongly preferred
- 2–4 years property claims handling experience
- experience with Guidewire; Xactimate asset
- strong communication and negotiation skills
