Job Summary
The Claims Adjuster 1, Auto Physical Damage contributes to the exceptional member experience by fairly adjusting low complexity auto physical damage claims. Responsibilities include providing direction and support to members, ensuring timely communication and service, reviewing policy wordings, establishing loss and expense reserves, conducting comprehensive investigations, collaborating with external vendors, and negotiating claim settlements. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, a detail-oriented attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A post-secondary degree is preferred, and candidates are encouraged to work towards obtaining the Chartered Insurance Professional designation.

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of insurance or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to work toward Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with others
