Job Summary
Lead a high-performing team of Financial Lines Claims examiners by providing training, coaching, and technical oversight. Oversee work product to ensure compliance with Best Practices while directing professional development through performance management and learning initiatives. Manage relationships with outside vendors, including lawyers and independent adjusters, and assist underwriters with claims data and marketing initiatives. Deliver superior customer service by meeting clients regularly to review claims processes and emphasize Chubb's handling expertise. Interpret policy language to address claim issues across Directors and Officers, Cyber, and Fiduciary liability lines.
