Claim Intern - 2026 Fall Semester

Claim Intern role starting September 2026 at Arbella Insurance Group in Quincy, MA. Under direct supervision, the intern processes loss and expense payments within granted settlement authority for all lines of business, performs skilled data entry into multiple claim and related databases, requests police reports and other investigative material, generates appropriate letters and correspondence as directed by the Claim Professional, and provides administrative support to Claim Professionals (e.g., printing, filing, copying documents). The schedule is 15+ hours per week with flexibility to class schedule; the internship runs through the semester with potential extension and possible full-time opportunities depending on business needs and performance. A dedicated mentor will guide you through the internship; the organization emphasizes a people-first culture and notes there is no 100% remote position.
