Job Summary
Open and establish new workers' compensation claims, assigning them to appropriate adjusters. Support the claims team with correspondence, form preparation, filing, and mail processing. Process and pay invoices while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Serve as a resource for injured workers, employers, and medical providers by responding to inquiries and directing them appropriately. Maintain claim diaries, track follow-up activities, and file documentation. Assist adjusters and management with information requests and ensure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with standards. This hybrid position requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and comfort using technology. Comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate.
