Job Summary
Drive Class A trucks on Texas and Oklahoma regional routes for 5–7 days followed by a 34-hour home reset. Operate 100% no-touch freight, including 50% drop-and-hook loads, primarily in eastern and southern Texas and Oklahoma with significant night driving. Maintain a clean MVR with no failed DOT drug or alcohol tests, no 15-over speedings in the last 12 months, and no more than three accidents or incidents in a CMV within the last three years. Live within 100 miles of San Antonio, Laredo, or DFW (Houston drivers require two years of experience in the last three years) to park newer model International automatics at the yard. Average weekly pay ranges from $1,250 to $1,825 with a $0.50–$0.58 CPM and a monthly productivity bonus for hitting milestones. Full benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and one week of PTO activate after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 6 months verifiable local, regional or OTR in the last 12 months OR 12 months of verifiable local, regional or OTR in the last 3 years OR 3 years verifiable local, regional or OTR in the last 10 years
- Must live within 50 miles of San Antonio, Dallas, Laredo or Houston
- Houston drivers must have 2 years experience in the last 3 years
- Must never have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test ever
- Relatively clean MVR
- No more than 4 jobs in last 6 months
- No more than 3 accidents or incidents in a CMV in the last 3 years
- No failed DOT drug test in last 5 years
- No moving violation of 15 over in any vehicle in last 12 months
- Must be able to work mostly at night
