Job Summary
Conduct dedicated regional trucking routes across VA, PA, WV, E. OH, NC, NJ, DE, and MD, operating a 5.5-day on-road schedule followed by a 34-hour home reset. Load preloaded trailers, transfer product from the truck to roller conveyor belts for store unloading, and manage deliveries requiring 100% driver touch. Boxes weigh between 1-22 pounds with hook-and-go pick-ups. Maintain a clean record with no failed DOT drug or alcohol tests, at least 12 months of verifiable Class A experience within the last three years, and no disqualifying violations such as DUIs (PMV only), reckless driving, or major preventable accidents. Earn a base of $205 per day plus $250 for trailer unloading, with full benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO starting after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Class A driving experience
- Clean record
- Must never have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test
- At least 12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last three years
- Live in MD, VA, DE, PA (south of Scranton), NJ (south of Trenton), or Eastern WV
- Auto restrictions are acceptable
- Moving violations limited to no more than 3 in the last three years, with no more than one in the last 12 months and no more than 2 over two years
- DUIs (in PMV ONLY) must be three years old
- No reckless driving
- No 15+ MPH over the limit
- No following too closely
- No texting or talking with handheld
- No preventable accidents involving rear-end collisions, jackknifing, caused fatalities, or rollovers
- No major traffic violations resulting in preventable accidents
