CK: School Social Worker, up to 1.0 FTE, 2026/27 school year

Identify problems interfering with children's ability to make optimal use of the education experience and provide prevention services through education and special projects. Serve as a liaison between the school, home, and community to build positive relationships, while coordinating resources for children, families, and school personnel. Collaborate with principals and teachers to improve existing programs and implement new procedures addressing educational, social, and emotional needs. Act as a consultant to classroom personnel for at-risk children and participate in Team Addressing Student Concerns and placement committees. Foster professional development through planning and conducting workshops.
