Job Summary
The CJ-Assist General Manager supports the General Manager (GM) in various operational duties within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include driving a customer-focused culture by resolving customer issues, executing performance management processes, ensuring food safety standards, and creating schedules. The role requires effective communication at all levels and the ability to analyze sales, labor, and inventory. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate degree preferred, and have at least two years of experience in restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma /General Educational Development (GED) required
- Minimum of two years experience in restaurant operations
- Effective communication skills
- Customer focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days and nights
- Ability to lift 20 lbs or more repetitively
- Ability to stand/walk constantly and for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred
