Job Summary
Carry out daily planned civils tasks on live sites, including excavations to expose underground services and reinstatement works such as kerb, tarmac, flag, and block paving. Work as part of a mobile team across the North West and North Wales, maintaining high standards of Health & Safety at all times. You will operate small plant equipment, work to specifications and drawings, and possess experience in the electrical DNO sector or groundworks. A full UK driving licence is required, with a company commercial vehicle provided. This mobile crew supports critical infrastructure works for Freedom, part of the NG Bailey Group, focusing on safe and efficient delivery across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar civils or groundworks role, ideally excavating around utilities
- Ability to work to specifications and drawings
- Confidence using small plant and equipment
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
- Full UK driving licence
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating a tracked excavator
- Street Works (NRSWA) qualification
