Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations and maintenance for hundreds of university buildings by developing relationships with internal staff, external vendors, and trades managers. Ensure successful completion of client facility needs through superior customer service and comprehensive management of operations projects. Read construction documents, manage work orders and building automation systems, and prioritize multiple detailed tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent written and oral communication.
Required Qualifications
- Facilities-related college degree
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in facilities and construction
- Understanding of building trades
- Ability to read construction documents
- Experience with Microsoft Office
