Civil Supervisor Mildura - Civil Construction

Supervise and lead civil construction crews onsite, including Leading Hands, labourers, plant operators, and subcontractors, to deliver planned daily activities. Plan and allocate works, monitor progress, and ensure construction activities are completed efficiently and to schedule. Lead daily Pre-Start meetings, clearly communicating tasks, hazards, and control measures. Interpret and apply design drawings, specifications, and relevant standards to ensure compliant construction across a range of civil works. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, encouraging reporting of Near Misses, Non-Conformances, and Incidents. Work closely with Project Engineers to understand production targets, cost codes, and resource requirements. Maintain accurate and detailed daily site diaries. Identify and recommend improvements to construction methods, processes, and systems to enhance productivity and value.
