Civil Superintendent

Lead daily site development operations including mass grading, excavation, and roadway construction while managing crews, operators, and equipment. Develop daily work plans, two-week, and six-week lookaheads to coordinate clients, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient resource use and sequencing to avoid delays. Oversee installation of water, sewer, storm drain, electrical, and communication systems, verifying trenching, bedding, compaction, and testing accuracy. Enforce safety standards through JHAs and daily meetings, mitigate hazards, and ensure inspection readiness for grades, elevations, and compaction. Manage subcontractors, maintain accountability, and produce daily reports tracking quantities and productivity to support punch lists, inspections, and as-builts.
