Civil Superintendent

Ensure contractors work safely by abiding with all safety program requirements and overseeing mechanical/piping scopes to a high quality standard. Review and develop detailed work plans according to Cameco's workface planning processes, while inspecting completed work to identify and manage deficiencies. Monitor schedule and productivity, collaborating with contractors and operations to resolve barriers, and daily validate contractor labor, equipment, and material reports. Coordinate field activities between contractors and the operations team. This role requires previous experience with multi-discipline mechanical work in a brown field construction environment.
