Civil Superintendent - Heavy Industrial

Civil Superintendent responsible for field operations on civil construction projects, overseeing safety, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality, and coordination with clients and design teams. Plans, organizes, and supervises portions of construction work for assigned areas; manages construction scheduling for Civil activities of subcontractors; ensures progress and efficiency; oversees earthwork, site grading, flatwork, surveying, concrete installation, deep foundations, drilled piers, underground piping, grounding, and duct banks; leads safety, productivity, material management, and compliance; coordinates with client representatives, A/E representatives, and other contractors; develops procedures and standards; handles requisitions and field design changes under supervision; ensures compliance, QA/QC, and testing; prepares daily field reports, documents progress, and addresses RFIs; manages subcontractor performance, material deliveries, and equipment; ensures as-built drawings and punch lists; oversees field staff and site logistics; interprets drawings (isometrics, structural drawings, P&IDs) and supports change orders and project scope understanding.
