The Civil Superintendent oversees and manages all civil construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Experience with concrete, flatwork, structural work, and excavation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Desired Qualifications
- Project management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes and bridge construction
