Job Summary
Civil Superintendent for a Combine Cycle project in South Carolina. Interfaces with direct hire supervision and field engineering to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and performance. Provides technical direction to craft supervision, defines and communicates schedule requirements, coordinates interpretation of technical requirements, and ensures resources and materials are available on site. Develops and monitors a 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule, maintains daily site logs, reviews timesheets and progress payments, coordinates RFMP/WAs, prepares Job Hazard Analyses for major erection packages, identifies potential back charges, and supports the commercial recovery process. Requires OSHA 10 certification, a valid driver’s license, and 8+ years of relevant experience; prefers high school diploma or equivalent with engineering/construction management degree. Full-time, on-site role with employee-owned company culture and a comprehensive benefits program.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 10 certification
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR)
