Job Summary
Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on an LNG construction project in Port Arthur, TX. Direct craft activities, schedule work, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure productive execution while adhering to design documents, procedures, safety, quality standards, and project budgets. Oversee tool/equipment usage, field material requisitions, and ensure crafts have the tools needed. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–14 years of relevant experience; LNG site experience along the U.S. Gulf Coast is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to develop a 3‐week look-ahead schedule are essential. Familiarity with engineering/vendor documents and adherence to industry codes and standards is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Experience on an LNG construction site, especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast
- Experience in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing or power generating station construction (preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication
- Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
- Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards
- Ability to develop 3 week look ahead schedule in regards to work operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams
