Job Summary
Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor’s management staff within the area of responsibility. Provides field supervision to ensure operations are planned to align with established schedules and that work methods are planned and executed safely. Develops short-term (three week look ahead) and long-term (90/180 day) plans and construction methods, and coordinates with design on constructability issues. Leads civil craft and subcontractors, drives mass earthwork, undergrounds, foundations, and slabs, and maintains safety, quality, and environmental programs. Coordinates engineering solutions with subcontractors, foremen, and craft professionals, and collaborates with survey, structural, MEP, and AWP teams to ensure layout accuracy and clean handoffs. Requires a bachelor's degree and experience with civil execution, earthwork, foundations, concrete, formwork, rebar, and related activities; knowledge of ES&H and Bechtel Core Processes is expected. Familiarity with 4D/5D planning, project setup, and vendor/document interpretation is valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, or data centers preferred
- Proficiency with digital execution tools, 4D/5D planning, and analytics preferred
