Job Summary
Assist Resident Engineer to address technical/design issues on site and report to the Resident Engineer. Supervise and inspect construction works, resolve site issues, ensure compliance with drawings/specifications and safety requirements. Check drawings for discrepancies, prepare detailed site progress reports, attend site meetings, inspections, testing and commissioning, and maintain site records. Preference for experience in healthcare projects; familiarity with local Civil/Structural regulations and AutoCAD advantageous. Role based in Singapore; full-time with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution
- Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer
