Job Summary
Estimate coordination for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes across Advanced Generation, Battery Storage, Substation, Utility Solar, and Fuel & Natural Resources/Process; develop quantity takeoffs, productivity analyses, and cost components (contingency, escalation, and reconciliation); perform cross-project comparisons of scope, quantities, and costs; prepare management presentations and maintain historical cost data; review designs/specifications for cost efficiency and propose improvements; support continuous improvement and change management related to CSA scopes; involves individual contributor responsibilities with 5-10 years of relevant experience; requires strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills, plus verbal/written communication and presentation abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- BS or MS in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
- Field and/or project experience is a plus
- Complex estimating principles/procedures
- Cost principles/procedures
