Job Summary
Design and upgrade steel structures for upstream petroleum applications, perform structural steel design and oversee design control per AISC, API 4F, API RP 2A, DNV, and ABS; develop detailed 3D structural engineering models to support project planning and execution; design bolted and welded steel connections following AISC standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of steel design experience within the upstream petroleum market
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of Bentley SACS, SAFI, or SAP 2000
- Experience with ANSYS and knowledge of drilling operations and structures is highly desirable
