Job Summary
Design and upgrade steel structures for upstream petroleum projects, ensuring compliance with AISC, API 4F, API RP 2A, DNV, and ABS; develop detailed 3D structural models; design bolted and welded connections; apply engineering principles to design or upgrade light and heavy steel structures; proficiency in English and a Civil Engineering diploma with at least 5 years of steel design experience in the upstream market; familiarity with Bentley SACS, SAFI, SAP 2000; experience with ANSYS and knowledge of drilling operations are highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of steel design experience within the upstream petroleum market
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following software: Bentley SACS, SAFI, or SAP 2000
