Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end project execution for the Engineering Division in Ho Chi Minh City, directing BIM, Civil & Structural, and QA teams to meet schedule, budget, scope, and quality objectives. Conduct regular project reviews, compile completion performance summaries, and monitor workload allocation via Odoo project records to ensure resource efficiency. Lead Design Managers and team members through performance evaluations, training needs identification, and continuous workflow enhancements aligned with company SOPs. Coordinate closely with clients, other divisions, and external partners to drive digital transformation and seamless multidisciplinary integration across diverse international projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 6 years of progressive engineering experience
- At least 1 year in a managerial role within a structural design firm or consultancy
- Strong technical background in structural/civil engineering design
- Experience overseeing BIM, C&S, and QA functions
- Practical familiarity with digital project management tools (e.g., Odoo, BIM systems)
- Familiarity with ERP/project tracking workflows
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams under tight project timelines
