Job Summary
The Civil Sr. Superintendent will manage the day-to-day operations of heavy civil construction projects including water treatment facilities, bridges, and infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in construction management, budgeting, and team collaboration, with a focus on safety and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Fifteen years of experience in construction involving earthwork, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, heavy highway construction, and asphalt
- Experience with earthworks, grading, gravel, asphalt plant mix, and utility work
- Ability to track progress and oversee scheduling with stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Civil Technology preferred
- Certifications in specialty areas preferred
- Valid Motor Vehicle Operator's license with clean driving record
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
