Job Summary
As a Civil Site Project Manager / Team Lead, you will lead complex land development projects, manage and mentor engineers and designers, and support business development efforts. Responsibilities include developing site layouts and utility designs to meet client and regulatory requirements, ensuring successful project delivery through budget and quality control, and actively contributing to the growth of the North Carolina practice. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and relevant project management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience in land development and project management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
