Civil Site Engineer - Section Head

Coordinate strategic growth plans with office managers and practice leaders to establish and grow market presence through marketing and business development. Manage financial budgets for the department, allocate resources, and lead proposal production while serving as a technical expertise resource to project managers. Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams by conducting performance reviews, setting expectations, and providing continuous coaching to support staff growth. Interview and hire new staff to establish appropriate staffing needs for the section. This role drives the strategic direction of the site civil group in the Charleston, SC office, focusing on cultivating client relationships and ensuring the overall financial success of the practice.
