Job Summary
Supervise and execute civil works at high-voltage transmission line and substation sites, ensuring construction aligns with approved designs, specifications, and industry standards. Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues. Review civil drawings and technical documentation, prepare site reports, and maintain project records. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, five years of experience in OHL/UG and substation projects, and proficiency in MS Office. Valid Saudi driving license and SCE membership required for local applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site civil engineering for OHL/UG and substation projects
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods
- Knowledge of relevant civil engineering codes and standards
- Proven ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering awarded at least 5 years ago
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership

- Previous SEC approval or submittal is preferred
