Civil Senior Designer - Land Development

Job Summary
Senior Designer with a land development focus to produce civil engineering drawings (site layout, grading, storm sewer, water, sanitary sewer) using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Review survey data (ALTA, legal descriptions, easements, condo documents), perform edits based on comments from municipalities, agencies, and clients, and coordinate with Project Managers to support workflow and schedules. Requires a High School Diploma with preferred technical certificate or associate degree in drafting/engineering technology and 8+ years of civil design experience in land development. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to delivering high-quality deliverables; proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience across residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; technical certificate or associate degree in drafting or engineering technology preferred
- 8+ years of civil design experience within residential, commercial, or industrial land development required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required
