Job Summary
Civil Resident Consultant to deliver training, configuration, installation, operation, troubleshooting, and support for Bentley Civil applications and CADD software; support transitions between Bentley Civil versions; liaise between NYSDOT users and Bentley TSG; provide technical assistance for OpenBridge Designer, OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, ProjectWise, Infrastructure Cloud, and SYNCHRO; develop and deliver training plans and materials; configure applications to align with standards and workflows; hybrid, full-time role based in a NYSDOT office with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or relevant experience
- 5+ years experience with OpenRoads/InRoads and MicroStation
- Strong knowledge of transportation workflows
- ProjectWise experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for training and user adoption
