Civil Quantity Surveyor

Civil & Structural Quantity Surveyor for an Energy from Waste EPC contractor in Essex. Responsible for commercial management of civil engineering and groundworks packages, procurement support, subcontract administration, and cost control. Tasks include measurement and valuation, variations/change orders, interim valuations and payments, subcontract accounting, budgeting, risk management, and governance, with interface across construction, engineering and planning teams to achieve commercial objectives. Site-based role in Tilbury, Essex on a 12-month contract outside IR35. Strong NEC and/or FIDIC contract knowledge and ability to manage packages independently are required.
