Job Summary
Project Manager to lead civil site development for residential, commercial, and industrial portfolios in the Southeast. Responsibilities include managing full project lifecycles, leading site visits and client consultations, developing proposals and fee structures, supervising engineers and technicians, monitoring schedules, budgets, and scopes with advanced software, and integrating civil systems with surveying, landscape architecture, and GIS. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, P.E. licensure, 7+ years of experience, and strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency. Hybrid work arrangement with remote Mondays and Fridays and a choice of 5-day flexible or 4-day workweek.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in public and private project design with a focus on site development
- Expert command of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
