Lead civil engineering projects across transportation, water/wastewater, stormwater, and private development; oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets; serve as primary client and partner contact; provide technical oversight and QA/QC; mentor early-career staff and contribute to proposals and client relationship management; opportunities to grow leadership within a regional firm and work with municipalities, developers, and regulatory agencies on diverse infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive, relevant engineering and project management experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Valid driver license and driving record with 3 or less demerit points
