Civil Project Manager - Land Development

Job Summary
Coordinate with Project Managers/PEs and multidisciplinary teams to initiate, plan, analyze, demonstrate, and document compliance of civil engineering and land development design solutions. You will collaborate with regulatory agencies, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met; assist in the design, drafting and review of plans, specifications, and construction documents; perform calculations and CAD-based modeling; prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and regulators; coordinate bids and prepare construction cost estimates; assist in managing project budgets and timelines; conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards; and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive project success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT or PE certification in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge and technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred to complete calculations of drainage and pond design as it pertains to land development
- Strong technical software knowledge of O365, Autodesk Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS
