Job Summary
Manage staff and oversee project scope, schedules, and fees for new and existing clients. Lead utility design, water distribution, and wastewater collection projects, including field engineering, data acquisition, and construction administration. Mentor junior staff, conduct technical design and quality reviews, and ensure project documents align with plans and budgets. Assist with public works design, business development, and data research while identifying and resolving problems. Maintain QA/QC initiatives and communicate regularly with team members and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience (site development, sustainability, utility design)
- Experience in Storm and Wastewater conveyance and water distribution
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects
- Kentucky PE License
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with roadway/transportation facility design preferred
- Established relationships in the Louisville, KY area and southern Indiana
- Experience with KYTC and INDOT preferred
