Job Summary
Civil Project Manager to lead design efforts across residential, commercial, higher education, and public infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing project design, budgets, schedules, and client communications; leading and mentoring a team of engineers (EITs and PEs); coordinating with clients, consultants, and review agencies; overseeing construction documents, cost estimates, and engineering reports; conducting site visits and managing construction administration activities (forensics, as-built data, submittals, RFIs); performing QA/QC reviews and sealing designs; developing proposals, managing invoicing, and contributing to business development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas required
- 5–10 years of civil engineering experience, including project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software (PondPack, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, Autodesk SSA, Flowmaster, EPANET, WaterCAD)
- Strong technical background in site and land development, municipal infrastructure, drainage, grading, and utility design
