Job Summary
Civil/CSA Data Center Construction Project Manager responsible for civil/site development, structural and architectural scope on data center builds; manage budgets, schedules, and contractor oversight; collaborate with Civil, Structural, Architecture, and MEP teams; drive site readiness, permits, and constructability; deliver value-engineered solutions and maintain alignment with company design standards; strong focus on back-office tasks, change orders, and documentation; proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, BIM, Bluebeam, and MS Office; proven ability to communicate with senior leadership, utility partners, and local stakeholders; experience with hyperscale/colo/enterprise data centers and brownfield conversions; familiarity with building systems design for data centers and associated regulatory requirements; professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry within the CSA space
- Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner or as a General Contractor
- BA / BS / Associates Degree a plus (ideally in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or Architecture)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Revit, BIM and MS Office
- Client Facing / Client relationship / Client Management skills
Desired Qualifications
- BA / BS / Associates Degree a plus
- Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner or as a General Contractor
- Experience with converting an existing building into a data center (brownfield)
- Budgets in excess of 200mm and above
- 5-10 years relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry within the CSA space
- Site selection or asset acquisition experience a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Revit, BIM and MS Office
- Client-facing / client management skills
- Strong communication of complex project details to leadership and stakeholders
- Military/ veterans experience a plus
