Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager leading clients and civil design from concept through permitting and construction support. Technical Lead for the Civil Engineering group with hands-on design in stormwater, hydrology/hydraulic analysis, drainage, erosion and sediment control, water distribution and wastewater collection, and roadway design. Responsible for project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, client communications, and quality, with oversight of internal teams, subconsultants, vendors, and regulatory coordination. Requires licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) and a BS (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or related field; experience with state DOT or transportation agencies preferred; ability to manage multi-jurisdictional projects across municipal, county, and state levels; strong emphasis on leadership, technical design excellence, and delivery of capital programs. Working hours are Full-Time; onsite/remote/hybrid arrangements. Salary range $100,000 - $120,000+ annually, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ yrs. of progressive site design experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Multi-jurisdictional project experience (municipal, county, state)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) required
- BS in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited four-year college
