Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary teams on legacy projects including premier park development, green infrastructure, ecosystem restoration, renewable energy, water resources and redevelopment. Drive client relationships, pursue project opportunities, and effectively manage multi-discipline project teams. Provide staff supervision and contribute to strategic growth plans for the market. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 8+ years of relevant experience, and a Minnesota Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months. Strong writing, communication, organization, technical/analytical skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D are essential. Must be able to work independently and collaborate with large teams; valid driver's license and transportation for occasional day trips are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil or related engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with an emphasis in managing parks, green infrastructure and/or redevelopment projects
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota or have the ability to become licensed within 6 month of hire.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent organization, technical and analytical skills
- Excellent supervisory and team building skills
- Proven ability to manage projects using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
