Job Summary
Develop detailed site and grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and storm water management designs. Create roadway and parking layouts, construction detailing, and specifications while preparing analyses and reports. Conduct civil and site research, generate technical specifications, and produce visual aids using AutoCAD. Execute projects based on outlined criteria through strong organizational and communication skills. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 1–3 years of experience in site design and land development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
