Job Summary
Civil Project Manager responsible for leading design and technical staff to deliver civil engineering projects. Manages budgets, schedules, and financial performance; oversees business development and client management; designs site grading, stormwater, sewer, and water systems; prepares reports, proposals, and project documentation; and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering (MS or MBA preferred), 12+ years of civil PM experience, and a Washington State PE license. Location options include Woodinville, WA or Tumwater, WA with in-person work at these offices. Benefits include health/dental/vision, generous vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field
- 12+ years of civil project management experience with private projects
- Washington State PE License (multi-state preferred)
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software
