Job Summary
Civil Project Manager to lead a team on residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and industrial warehouses; manage and mentor engineering staff; interact with clients and jurisdictions; plan, design, and direct all phases of civil engineering projects; oversee budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other disciplines; nurture and grow client relationships to support business development. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, PE license, 10+ years of civil site design experience in Western Washington, 3+ years in a civil consulting role with staff mentoring and client management experience, and practical experience with storm water modeling and Civil 3D.
