Civil Project Engineer

Design multi-acre retail, commercial, industrial, and residential developments, including due diligence, permitting, and limited contract administration. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and topographical data to plan projects while researching and applying City, State, and Federal codes. Estimate project costs, prepare technical proposals, and coordinate assignments with the project team. Execute tasks accurately, on schedule, and within budget, performing quality control reviews before plan issuance. Mentor subordinate engineers, monitor sub-consultant work, and visit sites as required. This role operates within an assistant project manager capacity, supporting regional business development initiatives and promoting the company's reputation through technical excellence.
