Job Summary
Lead residential, commercial, and mixed-use site development projects throughout the Seattle/Puget Sound region, overseeing grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and civil improvements. Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction while navigating permitting and approvals with local municipalities and agencies. Collaborate directly with developers and clients to influence project success and the growth of the local land development practice. Requires a PE license and 4+ years of civil land development experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 4+ years of civil land development experience
- Experience with site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and entitlement/permitting processes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- PE license and 4+ years of civil land development experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD
- Familiarity with Seattle-area jurisdictions and permitting requirements
- Strong client-facing and project management skills
