Job Summary
Civil Project Engineer in Land Development responsible for directing engineers-in-training and technical staff, coordinating with design engineers to determine scope, planning and scheduling requirements, ensuring quality and adherence to codes and standards, providing training and supervisory guidance, mentoring staff, building client relationships, supervising technicians and designers, and contributing to performance appraisals and employee development. Office locations: Phoenix or Mesa (full-time).
Required Qualifications
- Arizona Professional Engineer license
- 6 years design experience in land development (residential or commercial) or transportation and drainage projects
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks
- detail-oriented and well organized
