Job Summary
Civil Project Engineer responsible for leading design and project management across diverse civil engineering initiatives, including pipelines, energy infrastructure, water resources, and environmental facilities. Oversees project planning, execution, and delivery to meet client expectations, budgets, and regulatory requirements; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; applies engineering principles to optimize designs (grading, erosion control, stormwater, utility design, permitting); engages regularly with local, regional, and national clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an appropriate technical field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain reciprocity
- minimum of 6 years of civil engineering experience
- experience managing multi-disciplined teams with strong written and verbal communication skills
- experience in client development and proposal writing
- strong work ethic and ability to work as a TEAM player
