Job Summary
Civil Project Engineer II/III – Water & Wastewater opportunity in our Virginia Beach, VA office. Design project portions using Civil 3D and other office software, perform calculations, specify materials and inspection steps, develop design details and plan sets, conduct field observations, assist with engineering and construction cost estimates, and communicate with client staff and internal design teams. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related field) with 2+ years of water resources engineering experience, be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, have working knowledge of Civil 3D/CADD, possess strong written/verbal communication skills, and hold a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
- 2+ years of water resources engineering experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Working knowledge of CADD software (Civil 3D preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
